A Note About COVID-19 from the President of R+L Global Logistics

To our valued customers,

We are closely monitoring real-time updates in the outbreak of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19). The health and safety of our team and our customers is our highest priority and we are taking every precaution to ensure overall safety.

Operations at R+L Global Logistics are functioning at full capacity, and we are working diligently to ensure that each of our customers’ supply chain will not be affected. In the event of any emergency response initiative, we are prepared to shift supply chain patterns to meet customer needs while maintaining the health and safety of our employees.

Our cross-functional security and resilience teams are leading efforts to protect our employees and our customers by implementing the following:

• Postpone nonessential business travel and functions
• Employees who have recently traveled outside of the United States must self-quarantine for 14 days from the time of return to the U.S. and monitor personal health
• Access at all R+L offices is restricted to essential employees and pre-screened visitors and contractors
• Follow guidelines and recommendations of the Center for Disease Control and World Health Organization
